1. Ordering
Ordering can be accomplished at any time via this website. A confirmation e-mail containing a link for payment by credit card where relevant is sent immediately on receipt of an enquiry or order.
We will also clarify any details that need confirming.
Delivery times can vary owing to the nature of the product, which is made in small batches. We will e-mail or telephone you to let you know the item's availability.
Orders are binding once payment has been made.
2. Prices
Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Value Added Tax at 8%. Our VAT no. is 156 825.
3. Delivery charges / invoicing / customs charges
Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge. For deliveries abroad, we charge for shipping via FedEx or the standard post (after checking with you first). We will invoice you separately for the delivery charges.
Deliveries to customers resident abroad are free from Swiss VAT (export price). However, customers abroad are subject to their own country's customs and VAT charges (where applicable), which will need to be settled directly with the relevant authorities.
4. Work under guarantee / returns
Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years (subject to the industry standard conditions).
Shipping charges will be borne by Embassy Jewel AG during the guarantee period.
Shipping charges will be borne by the customer outside the guarantee period.
Provided the shipping complies with our instructions, the item in question is covered by our transport insurance policy.

5. Final provisions
a. Applicable law
In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
b. The place of jurisdiction shall be 6004 Lucerne.
