The success story of Embassy began in the 1970s when Kurt König opened the world’s first independent Cartier boutique in Zurich. Towards the end of the decade, the first shops opened in St. Moritz and Lucerne under the name Embassy.

What is the difference between the boutiques?
The main boutique on Grendelstrasse is a multi-brand boutique offering a wide selection of watch and jewelry brands. In addition, Embassy operates separate mono-brand boutiques exclusively for Bvlgari, Cartier, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Which watch brands does Embassy carry?

Since when has Embassy existed?
Embassy traces its roots back to the 1970s. Founder Kurt König opened the world’s first independent Cartier boutique in Zurich. Shortly afterward, the first stores under the name “Embassy” were established in St. Moritz and Lucerne.
Can I buy watches or jewelry online?
No. Embassy does not offer an online shop. Products are available exclusively in the four boutiques in Lucerne.
Does Embassy offer watch repair and service?
